TopRatedPlaces.ai is committed to accuracy and transparency. If we publish something that is materially incorrect, we aim to fix it.
What we correct
- Incorrect name, location, hours, contact details, or booking links
- A place that is permanently closed but still listed
- Misclassification (wrong cuisine, wrong neighborhood, wrong category)
- Major factual errors in descriptions
Rankings are editorial judgments based on evidence. If evidence changes materially, we welcome a review request.
How to request a correction
Email [editorial@topratedplaces.ai] or use Contact and include:
- The page title or URL and the specific listing
- What is incorrect
- Evidence we can verify (official website, official public announcement, etc.)
How we handle requests
- Update factual information
- Add clarification when needed
- Re-evaluate placement when evidence supports it
- Remove a listing if it is no longer eligible
If we make a meaningful change, we may add an update note and refresh the “last reviewed” date.
Removal requests
If you represent a business and want to request removal, contact us with your relationship to the business and the exact URL. We generally do not remove accurate editorial coverage solely because it is unfavorable, but we do correct errors and remove listings that are no longer eligible.
